The Foundry
A building FTS have been involved in ever since its inception in 1997 as the Venue. Its recent refit has transformed it into the latest complete event space in the South West. The new install included a new quad truss structure with 36 7R beam moving heads as well as SGM strobes and LED fixtures. There is a 6mm pitch video wall to enhance the moveable stage area with a KV2 sound system.
Park Lane
A multi-room venue in the heart of the Harbourside Torquay ever evolving to fulfil current trends and needs. The main floor restaurant transforms into a high energy night time venue with a high tech karaoke booth to the rear. The first floor houses the new club and lounge areas using bespoke pixel LED with Madrix and Showcad control. The second floor houses the Martini lounge which had a recent upgrade to sound and atmospheric lighting. .
Decades
This is a fun retro feel club room with bespoke LED lighting with multi pixel dancefloor, ceiling and bar. The lighting has a high colour with constant pixel movement programming designed to lend itself to the music genres from the last five decades.
Lisburn Ireland
FTS have been involved with the Lisburn Festival of Light ever since its launch. Originally upgrading the control system on the 15m pixel tree to Madrix and SPI drivers. The second phase was to install and control the new 100m pixel tunnel again using Madrix and Madrix Nebulas. 2020 Saw FTS install a new interactive area with twelve 2m pixel prisms set to music.
All three systems have 4g remote monitoring with full dignostics and restart/upgrade facilities from anywhere.
Derby Parcels
This was a 2019 project instructed by our Christmas Illuminations partner Blachere. The system comprises of four 3mx3mx3m cube parcels with 40,000 pixels on each cube. SPI data is supplied wirelessly via direct access transmission along with audio to local control pods on each parcel. Control is again via Madrix via Nebulas with master control and audio sound track from Showcad. The system benefits from remote management via a dedicated 4g wireless system.
Bournemouth 20m Pixel Tree
This massive structure was again devised with Blachere for the 2018 Christmas Wonderland in Bournemouth. The control system uses over 200 DMX universes with control via Nebulas linked to Madrix via a dedicated network. The audio tracks and scheduling etc are all master controlled via Artnet with Showcad.
Festoon
Torbay council have decided to opt for our digital festoon solutions for Princess Gardens and Princess Pier and also Paignton. This will replace the old, broken festoon lighting system, with the latest RGBW, individually controlled package with RDM support and full LED colour correction.
